Something not working?

In Agenda, tap the field at the top, type and press Return. It lands in Today. To send it to another day, swipe it left or drag it to the section you want. If there is nothing for today, you can also write from Home.

Check off: tap the circle. Move to tomorrow or someday: swipe left, or drag. Important or delete: swipe right. Tapping the text opens its sheet, where you can fix the text, set a time, break it into steps or start a focus on it.

"Where do I start" sorts today and suggests the first task, with its reason. From there, "Just this" shows a single task full screen. "Break it into steps" turns a task into 3 to 5 steps; the first takes less than 5 minutes. Steps are saved inside the task and checked off one by one.

In Focus you pick 10, 15, 25 or any time between 5 and 90 minutes, and tie it to a task if you like. You can pause and end early; what you did still counts. When you complete it, Rafa offers a 10-minute break. The countdown stays on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island even if you close the app.

Check three things. First, that Rafa has permission: on the iPhone, Settings, Notifications, Rafa, with "Allow Notifications" on. Second, that the reminder is turned on in Rafa's Settings and its time falls within your reminder hours (8 to 21 by default). Third, that no Focus mode is silencing Rafa. During a focus session reminders wait until it ends: that's on purpose.

The end alert uses the iPhone's sound. Check that the focus sound is on in Rafa's Settings and that the iPhone isn't silenced or in a Focus mode.

That's normal. Both features always answer with the app's own logic; if the AI isn't available, because there's no connection or you've used the free hints for the day or month, Rafa says so in one line and answers anyway with her own thinking. Hints come back the next day and on the first of each month.

In Rafa's Settings, tap "Restore purchases". If you paid with the same Apple account, it activates right away. If not, write to us.

Apple manages subscriptions. On the iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Rafa Pro. You can also follow Apple's instructions. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and your data stays on your device.

Refunds are decided by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yes. All three plans support Apple Family Sharing.

In Rafa's Settings, at the bottom, "Start over" deletes your tasks, steps, wins, leaves and settings on that device and returns to the welcome. It can't be undone. Deleting the app does the same.
